Slack will be deeply integrated into every Salesforce Cloud. As the new interface for Salesforce Customer 360.

Salesforce.com Inc. announced an alliance with Okta Inc. that will connect key employee data with contact-tracing technology, expanding Salesforce’s effort to develop software for businesses dealing with the coronavirus pandemic.

The tools track employee shifts, handle emergency management and offer manual contact-tracing features in the event of a potential Covid-19 outbreak.
